Animal Welfare Organizations       "Should I adopt or buy?"

Below are just some of the animal welfare organizations in Hong Kong.  Most of them run on heavy volunteer support and can use your help.  If you are looking for a particular type of animal (dog, cat, hamster, rabbit, guinea pig etc.), PLEASE contact these organizations first.  Additionally, importing "purebreds" may seem a positive, but many times they are already here in HK and waiting at a shelter for a new home. 
 
Although the following organizations have different names, they all work toward the same goal...helping those who can't speak for themselves.
